Shipping Policy – Worn Reckless

Worn Reckless (“we”, “our”, “us”) currently ships orders within New Zealand and Australia. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding shipping, processing, and delivery.


1. General Shipping

We provide shipping services to both domestic and international customers (New Zealand and Australia only). Shipping rates and options are clearly set out at checkout. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on courier performance, location, and external factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon transfer of goods to the carrier.


2. Shipping Rates

New Zealand Customers

  • Urban Standard: $6

  • Large Urban: $8

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $99

  • Rural Delivery (flat rate): $14

Australian Customers

  • Shipping starts from $16nzd

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.

No other international destinations are currently offered via our website. Customers located outside of New Zealand and Australia may contact us via Instagram to discuss alternative arrangements.


3. Open Bag Service

We offer an Open Bag Service to all customers, allowing you to purchase items over time and ship them together in a single consolidated parcel when you are ready. Shipping costs are only invoiced and payable when the bag is closed for dispatch.

Important Conditions:

  • Items will not be shipped until shipping fees are paid in full.

  • Customers must not select the Open Bag option unless they intend to delay shipment until a later date.

  • Items held under the Open Bag Service are deemed to be in the customer’s possession from the date of purchase and are held at the customer’s sole risk.

  • Worn Reckless accepts no liability for deterioration, damage, or loss of items while held under the Open Bag Service.

  • If shipping is not paid when requested, we reserve the right to treat the order as abandoned, with no refund or replacement provided.


4. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days and shipped within 2–7 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.

  • During busy periods or when otherwise notified, additional processing time may be required.


5. Tracking

All orders include tracking. Customers are responsible for providing accurate email addresses at checkout to ensure tracking information is received.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier. Worn Reckless is not responsible for loss, theft, or non-delivery beyond this point. We may provide reasonable assistance with carrier claims, but responsibility lies with the customer.


7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged items. We recommend recording the unboxing of parcels that show visible external damage to support any courier claim.


8. Local Pickup

Local pickup is not available at this time.
