Refund policy

At Worn Reckless, we sell handpicked vintage and second-hand kids clothing. Each item is unique and may show natural signs of wear.

We carefully check every piece and will always describe and photograph any notable flaws (e.g. marks, fading, repairs, or small holes) before listing. These declared flaws are part of the item’s condition and are not grounds for a return or refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, if an item does not fit, or if you decide the style isn’t right for you. Please check descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.

In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), if an item arrives with a major flaw that was not disclosed in the listing, is significantly misdescribed, or is unsafe to use, we will meet our legal obligations to provide a refund, replacement, or repair.
